The training began with an introduction to the fundamental principles of laser welding. Norberto highlighted the advantages of this technology compared to other welding methods, emphasizing its precision, efficiency and the specific applications where laser welding offers significant benefits.
The next topic addressed was preventive maintenance. Norberto explained in detail the best practices to keep the equipment in optimal conditions, prolonging its useful life and minimizing the risk of failure. Routine maintenance procedures, the importance of regular cleaning and inspection of critical components were discussed.
In the practical part of the training, Norberto demonstrated advanced laser welding equipment repair techniques. The Gruppo Arroweld technical team had the opportunity to participate in these demonstrations, applying the knowledge acquired under the expert supervision of Norberto. This hands-on approach allowed participants to become familiar with the specific tools and techniques needed to perform effective and efficient repairs.
