1. Information for users
Who is responsible for processing your personal data?
LASERCOMERCIAL ENTERPRISE S.L. is the controller of the personal data of USERS who have created a profile on any of its social networks. This data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April (GDPR), Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December (LOPDGDD) and the Spanish Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce Act (LSSI), providing the following information on the processing:
Why do we process your personal data?
Purpose of processing: to maintain a relationship between the USER and LASERCOMERCIAL ENTERPRISE S.L. (hereinafter, the CONTROLLER), which may include the following operations:
- Handling requests and enquiries addressed to the controller.
- Providing information about activities and events organised by the controller.
- Providing information about products or services offered by the controller.
- Interacting through the official profiles.
When the CONTROLLER collects and processes personal data through its social networks, USERS will be informed of the purpose of the data collection and of their rights regarding their personal data. Personal data will be used only for the stated purposes and will be kept securely.
Legal basis for processing: the explicit consent given by the USER to the processing of their personal data for one or more specific purposes (Article 6.1.a GDPR).
The USER may also consult the privacy policies of the social network itself at any time and configure their profile to protect their privacy.
How long will we keep your personal data?
Retention criteria: data will be kept until the USER withdraws the consent given, as indicated in this privacy policy.
Who do we share your personal data with?
Disclosure of data: information provided by the USER through the CONTROLLER’s social networks, including personal data, may be published depending on the services the USER uses, and may therefore be publicly available to other users of the social networks. From the profile of each social network, the USER can configure what information they wish to make public in each case, view the permissions granted, and delete or deactivate them, as with any third-party application they no longer wish to use.
However, no disclosure of personal data to third parties outside the social network is planned, except, where essential for carrying out the purposes of processing, to our communication service providers, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed the confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.
What are your rights?
Rights of the USER: these can only be exercised in relation to information under the CONTROLLER’s control.
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right of access, rectification, portability and erasure of your data, and to restrict or object to its processing.
- Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

2. Use of the profile
The CONTROLLER will carry out the following actions:
- Access to the public information of the profile.
- Publication on the USER’s profile of any information already published on the CONTROLLER’s social network.
- Sending personal and individual messages through the social network’s channels.
- Page status updates that will be published on the USER’s profile.
The USER can always control their connections, delete content they are no longer interested in and restrict who they share their connections with; to do so, they must access their settings, where they will find different options regarding the privacy level of their user profile on the social network.
3. Posts
The purpose of social networks is to give visibility to and disseminate the activities carried out by the CONTROLLER. These tools store personal data on the servers of the respective services and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Once the USER follows or joins the CONTROLLER’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the network. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the content published, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties concerned.
Any post on the social network, whether text, graphics, photographs, videos, etc., that undermines or may undermine morality, ethics, good taste or decency, and/or that infringes, violates or breaches intellectual or industrial property rights, image rights or the law, is expressly prohibited. Offensive, defamatory, illegal or inappropriate comments or content will not be tolerated on the company’s profiles. The company reserves the right to remove such comments or content and block the users responsible.
In such cases, the CONTROLLER reserves the right to remove the content immediately, without prior notice, and may request that the USER be permanently blocked.
The CONTROLLER will not be responsible for content freely published by the USER.
The USER should bear in mind that their posts will be seen by other users, and is therefore primarily responsible for their own privacy.
Images that may be published on the social network will not be stored in any file by the CONTROLLER, but will remain on the social network.
4. Data of minors or people with special needs
We recommend reviewing and reading the terms of use and privacy policy of each social network when registering, taking into account the different age requirements for doing so.
The CONTROLLER is expressly exempt from any liability that may arise from the use of social networks by minors or people with special needs, whose access should be under the supervision and control of their legal representatives.
The CONTROLLER reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through our social media profiles and/or our website.
