LC-CO2 CO2 Engraving machine

Deep engraving quality in a compact CO2 laser system

High-quality and precise engraving with CO2 laser

LC laser engraving system

The LC laser engraving system is ideal for creating permanent, high-quality engravings on a wide variety of surfaces at high speed. Its versatility allows it to engrave different shapes and patterns such as letters, codes, logos, drawings, or shapes.

Common materials for engraving

Common materials for engraving include: wood, vinyl, glass, leather, acrylic, cardboard, paper, plastics, among others.

High precision and productivity

The CO2 laser engraver has a very tight laser beam tolerance, which ensures great precision. This makes it not only productive but also much more precise in its results.

Minimal maintenance and cost reduction

The LC-CO2 system requires minimal maintenance, helping to reduce operational costs and increase productivity.

Design and application of engraving

With a CO2 laser engraver, simply draw the cutting plan on your computer and apply the desired design to achieve the results.

Galvo technology for higher efficiency

The superior performance of the CO2 laser is achieved through Galvo technology: unlike CNC technology, two mirrors positioned far from the material rotate at high speed to quickly reach the point to be marked. Thanks to this technology, the head does not have to reach the point to be marked and can remain stationary.

Serial and/or USB 2.0 data connection

The engraving system includes a serial and/or USB 2.0 data connection to facilitate communication between the computer and the marking system.

Parts and features of the co2 engraving machine

Fixed galvanometer head

Mirror system that allows you fast and reliable laser engraving. In other words, it contains two mirrors located far away from the material that rotate at high speed to quickly reach the point to be marked. Thanks to this technology, the head does not have to reach the point to be marked and can remain stationary.

Adjustable scale

System that allows the height to be adjusted to adapt the laser to each thickness. This increases our options in terms of types of materials to be marked.

Lens

The lens is the element that concentrates the laser beam in a very fine point and allows to have a high resolution and to work to different working areas. The decision to use one type of lens or another depends on the work to be performed.

Simple communication system

The equipment has Plug and play system that allows the user an easy and quick experience regarding the machine connections. In other words, connect the machine to a computer and start working.

Slotted work table

Worktable with perforated slots that allow you to optimize production. You can place the piece in the same place in a faster and simpler way, without complications.

Laser resonator

The laser resonator produces the laser beam, which is directed to the head by means of a flex with a fiber optic cable. There are different types of power, where the most common is 35W and 60W.

Lockable opening and emergency shutdown

The CO2 laser engraving equipment features a high safety on/off system. The opening system with a safety key and emergency shutdown switch.

Solutions of the co2 engraving machine

Laser engraving machines are compact and versatile equipment that allow us to work with a wide variety of materials. They are easy to use and provide easy and complete results.

Paper engraving and cutting

The CO2 equipment allows us to make permanent engravings on surfaces with a minimum thickness, such as paper. In addition to being able to cut according to the desired design. They are versatile equipment, which adapt very well to the work to be done, with a simple configuration of the parameters.

Cardboard and methacrylate

These are compact machines that allow us to make non-contact engravings on surfaces that are susceptible to deformation, such as cardboard. Unlike other types of engraving, the CO2 machine does not require a high level of specialisation on the part of the user, which makes it even easier to use.

Cork and wood

We can make engravings of different sizes and shapes on cork or wood itself. It is the most suitable equipment for this type of application. We can engrave at an incredible speed and without the need for a high level of experience on the part of the operator.

Advantages of co2 engraving machine

The LC-CO2 is a good option for working with permanent engravings. Equipment manufactured and designed by LC Lasers.

The LC-CO2 is equipped with different red pointers that allow the workpiece to be positioned at the ideal focal distance quickly.

Our equipment allows you to preview the elements before marking. We can see where we are going to do the work and thus position the part correctly.

We have a grooved work table that serves as a support to immobilise the part to be engraved. It allows us to position the part in the same place, which will allow us to save time and increase productivity.

Motorised mirror system that allows marking up to 9000 mm/s. This allows us to save labour time.

The Co2 laser allows very fast cutting of thin materials. Paper, cardboard, or even wood are some examples.

Easy to use and easy to parameterise software. Allows all types of file import.

The CO2 machine allows us to access a wide range of engraving possibilities, depending on the material to be engraved, just a quick configuration of the parameters of the equipment will be enough.

The CO2 laser engraving machine is perfect for permanent and quality engraving on different types of surfaces. With a fixed head design, it allows us to carry out engravings continuously at a high speed.

It is possible to implement engravings of different shapes and designs such as letters, codes, logos, drawings or shapes.
